We deliver all around the Nelson/Tasman region including Richmond, Motueka, Takaka and Murchison. Some outlying rural areas don't have a door-to-door courier service (though most do), and we will advise you if this is the case and we need to use a drop-off point.
For all internet-placed orders we use a standard delivery charge of $10 for local delivery areas (Suburban Nelson & Richmond), $15 for rural areas, Motueka and Golden Bay. If you would like to pick up your item from our store there is no charge.
Most areas can be delivered same-day Monday-Friday, however some areas require the order to be placed the day before. Saturday delivery is only available for Richmond/Nelson town and suburbs. Please state in your order the date required. If no delivery date is supplied, we assume that the order is to be delivered asap.
Please note the cut-off times for placement of orders for delivery to the following areas:
Nelson/Richmond town and suburbs: 2:30pm same day.
Motueka/Takaka/Moutere/Tasman/Ruby Bay: 11am, same day.
Hira/The Glen/Cable Bay: 12 noon, same day
Brightwater/Wakefield: by 9am, same day
Murchison/Rural Wakefield/Rural Golden Bay/Kaiteriteri: 5pm, previous day.
We have three delivery runs per day for Nelson/Richmond - morning, midday and afternoon.
We endeavour to style the bouquets as close to the chosen product as possible. There may be some variations in flower content due to seasonal availability.
As floral gifts are a perishable item we do not provide refunds or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases so please make you selection carefully.
If the goods arrive damaged or defected please contact us immediately, as we stand by our product and service and will happily exchange the item for one of equal value if notified within 24 hours of reciept.
If you have to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us immediately.
